My story starts with movement. I grew up, relocating to different houses, never staying in one place for too long. There was a lot of stepping into unfamiliar rooms and turning them into a place that felt like home. Rearranging furniture, playing with layout, and creating comfort in each new place became my earliest form of design — and the first thing that ever truly lit me up. As I grew, my mom gave me more freedom and control over the design, fueling this passion even harder.

Somewhere along the way, that passion went quiet. Life got busy, school got harder, and the creativity slowed. Through college, even while earning my degree in Criminal Justice and minoring in Psychology, I felt detached from any real sense of purpose. Nothing clicked. Nothing felt like me.

It wasn’t until a few years later, when I allowed myself to return to the things I loved — redefining a space, swapping out old decor for new, changing colors, moods, and textures — that everything made sense again. I rediscovered my passion for interior design and felt an immediate pull: this is exactly what I was meant to do.

Now, as I work towards completing my BFA in Interior Architecture at Ohio University, I’ve poured my renewed passion into creating Livden Collective. My work is grounded in intention, emotion, and the belief that good design can completely transform how you live and feel.
